Fed. Circ. Revives Wind Energy Patent Dispute

Law360, New York (September 10, 2010, 5:04 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has revived a patent dispute between an inventor and Baseload Energy Inc., ruling that a breach of contract settlement the two sides reached in 2008 related to a failed joint venture did not cover the wind-based electric generator at issue.
