Latham, Venable Rep American Assets In $500M IPO

Law360, New York (September 13, 2010, 2:36 PM EDT) -- Real estate investment trust American Assets Trust Inc. on Monday filed with federal securities regulators for a $500 million initial public offering.

A preliminary prospectus filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission indicated that the commercial real estate company hoped to raise up to $500 million and apply for a listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
