GAO OKs VA's Rejection Of Medtronic Contract

Law360, New York (September 13, 2010, 4:05 PM ET) -- In a dispute over a proposed contract to supply the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs with spinal implants made by Medtronic Inc., the U.S. Government Accountability Office has denied a protest by Affirmative Solutions LLC, which had challenged the VA's rejection of its offer for failure to provide Medtronic sales data to the government.
