EU Court Upholds €18M Fine For Bag Cartel

Law360, New York (September 13, 2010, 4:20 PM EDT) -- A European court on Monday upheld a €17.85 million ($23 million) cartel fine against Trioplast Wittenheim SA for its alleged role in an industrial plastic bags cartel but trimmed the amount of the fine for which Trioplast's current parent company is liable.
