Ponzi Schemer Gets 10 Years For Printing Scam

Law360, New York (September 13, 2010, 7:34 PM EDT) -- A judge has sentenced the former owner of a bogus commercial printing company to 10 years in prison for cheating more than 70 investors out of $28 million.

Judge John Darrah of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on Thursday also ordered convicted Ponzi schemer Matthew Scott to pay $4.9 million to his victims, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
