White House Renominates Hot-Button Judges

Law360, New York (September 14, 2010, 1:00 PM EDT) -- The White House is pushing forward with some of its most controversial federal judicial nominees, resending the U.S. Senate the names of five stalled candidates, including U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit hopeful Robert Chatigny and Ninth Circuit nominee Goodwin Liu.
