Bratz Maker Can’t Block Docs In Laser Game Spat

Law360, New York (September 16, 2010, 11:24 AM EDT) -- A judge has denied a bid by MGA Entertainment Inc. to block tardy discovery documents from trial in a patent infringement case filed against the Bratz doll behemoth by an upstart board game company — but not before berating the plaintiffs’ attorneys for their slow pace and ordering them to pay some of MGA’s legal costs.
