BCI Aircraft CEO Pleads Not Guilty In $50M Fraud Case

CEO Brian Hollnagel has pled not guilty to fraud, obstruction and bribery charges stemming from allegations that he and others rigged a $50 million investment scheme and jammed up the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s inquiry into their purported wrongdoing.
