Chuck E. Cheese's Recalls 1.2M Children's Toys

Law360, New York (September 15, 2010, 4:12 PM EDT) -- Children's restaurant chain Chuck E. Cheese's on Wednesday instituted a voluntary recall of 1.2 million promotional toys, saying batteries in the toys can become exposed and cause an ingestion hazard.

The recall, conducted by the restaurant chain's parent company CEC Entertainment Inc., in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada, includes about 1.1 million Light-up Rings and 120,000 Star Glasses.
