Inventor Sues Nordstrom Again Over Sneaker Patents

Law360, New York (September 16, 2010, 6:52 PM EDT) -- A Maryland inventor has accused Nordstrom Inc. of continuing to sell light-up sneakers that infringe two of his patents, an allegation that comes a month after identical infringement claims against Nordstrom over another brand of the shoes were resolved.
