Ex-McAfee General Counsel Indicted Over Options

Law360, New York (February 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The former general counsel of McAfee Inc. was indicted Tuesday in connection with the fraudulent dating of stock options grants, making him the third person in two weeks to be criminally charged over options backdating.
