Fed. Circ. Won’t Stay Bar On Camtek Wafer Products

Law360, New York (September 21, 2010, 2:24 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has refused to stay a permanent injunction against Camtek Ltd. while it challenges a decision upholding a bar on certain machines and a jury's finding that Camtek should pay $6.8 million in damages to Rudolph Technologies Inc. for infringing a patent covering an automated system for detecting defects in semiconductor wafers.
