US Wants Toss Of Chapman Firm's $25M Contract Suit

Law360, New York (September 21, 2010, 3:11 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government has asked for partial summary judgment in a breach of contract case brought against it by The Chapman Law Firm Co. LPA, arguing that the firm failed to comply with their agreement and thus should not be able to claim the more than $25 million it is seeking for allegations of breach of contract, trade secret theft and bad faith dealing.
