2nd Martinair Exec Indicted In Price-Fixing Probe

Law360, New York (September 21, 2010, 7:23 PM EDT) -- A grand jury has indicted a second executive of Martinair Holland NV over an international air-cargo price-fixing ring, taking to eight the number of airline executives charged by the U.S. government over the alleged scheme.

The jury returned an indictment Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia against Maria Christina “Meta” Ullings, senior vice president of cargo sales and marketing in Amsterdam, charging her with conspiracy.
