Lancer Chief Challenges Bond Package In Fraud Case

Law360, New York (September 22, 2010, 2:42 PM EDT) -- The director of the now-defunct Lancer Group hedge fund has asked a judge to eliminate a $50,000 corporate surety bond from his bond package as he awaits trial on charges of swindling investors out of more than $200 million.
