Law360, New York (September 22, 2010, 1:33 PM ET) -- Weighing in on the case for the second time, a federal appeals court has ruled that airport shuttle drivers in a Florida class action are exempt from overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act because aspects of their job can be considered interstate commerce.
