ITC Launches Probe Of Sony Over LCD Patents

Law360, New York (September 22, 2010, 4:22 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Wednesday it would investigate liquid crystal display devices made by Sony Corp. in response to a complaint by Chimei Innolux Corp., a victory for the Taiwanese petitioner in an expansive intellectual property battle between the two technology tigers.
