Small Biz Group Wins Fees In FOIA Battle With DOE

Law360, New York (September 22, 2010, 5:06 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has granted the American Small Business League the entirety of its attorneys' fees in a Freedom of Information Act dispute with the U.S. Department of Energy over reports for contracts awarded to Bechtel Corp.
