Saleswomen Lose Class Bid In Toolmaker Bias Suit

Law360, New York (September 22, 2010, 4:05 PM EDT) -- A judge has rejected a bid by two former Hilti Inc. saleswomen to certify as a class action a case alleging the multinational seller of construction site tools unfairly denied promotions to women.
