CIT Affirms Duties On Metal Tables, Chairs From China

Law360, New York (September 24, 2010, 3:35 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade has upheld the Department of Commerce's decision to maintain an anti-dumping order for a Chinese furniture manufacturer's folding metal tables and chairs based on an investigation into whether the company had been circumventing the order.

Judge Richard W. Goldberg denied a petition from Feili Group (Fujian) Co. Ltd. to overturn the results of Commerce's review of anti-dumping duties for folding metal tables and chairs from China, which was issued in 2009.
