Federal-Mogul Dodges False Marking Suit — For Now

Law360, New York (September 24, 2010, 12:15 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has tossed an engineer's suit accusing automotive technology supplier Federal-Mogul Corp. of falsely marking its products with patents that do not apply to them, but has given the whistleblower a chance to amend the complaint.

Judge Sean F.
