Oki Infringed Ricoh Printing Patent: ITC Judge

Law360, New York (September 24, 2010, 6:06 PM EDT) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission administrative law judge has found that Oki Data Corp. infringed one of five patents for printing and imaging device technology asserted by Ricoh Co. Ltd.

Judge Robert Rogers Jr. issued an initial determination and conclusions of law on Thursday, most of which was kept confidential. A complete public version of the initial determination will be issued when the parties have submitted their redactions and the judge has had a chance to review them.
