Chevron, Others To Pay $2M For Calif. Cleanup

Law360, New York (September 24, 2010, 2:24 PM EDT) -- Chevron USA Inc., Air Distribution Products, Hartwell Corp., and a dozen other companies and trusts have agreed to pay $2 million to resolve the U.S. government's suit seeking reimbursement for the remediation of groundwater contamination at a California Superfund site.
