Opponents Want Hearing On $37B Comcast-NBC Deal

Law360, New York (September 24, 2010, 2:18 PM EDT) -- A coalition of organizations that oppose Comcast Corp.'s proposed acquisition of a majority stake in NBC Universal Inc. from General Electric Co. has urged lawmakers to hold a final hearing on the deal to address dangers the tie-up might pose to consumers and competition.
