GOP Senators Oppose High-Road Contract Rules

Law360, New York (September 24, 2010, 2:34 PM EDT) -- More than two dozen Republican senators are urging the federal government not to implement a so-called high-road procurement program that would give contractors a leg up if they have better practices than their competitors on wages, benefits, compliance and other measures of corporate citizenship.
