Judge To OK Citi's $75M Subprime Deal With SEC

Law360, New York (September 24, 2010, 4:01 PM EDT) -- A federal judge reportedly told the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Citigroup Inc. on Friday that she would approve a $75 million settlement of allegations that the bank hid its exposure to subprime mortgages once they make minor changes.
