Law360, New York (September 27, 2010, 5:44 PM ET) -- The Sierra Club has accused Alliant Energy Corp. subsidiary Wisconsin Power & Light Co. of dodging emissions control standards by failing to obtain proper permits for modifications at one of its coal-fired power plants, on the heels of a suit alleging similar violations at two other plants.
