Law360, New York (September 27, 2010, 3:47 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to move a nearly $2 billion criminal fraud case against the former chairman and majority owner of bankrupt mortgage lender Taylor Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp. to Florida, saying the alleged fraud is a national crime.
