Supreme Court To Hear Baycol Class Cert. Dispute

Law360, New York (September 28, 2010, 11:42 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday said it would hear an appeal from a putative class of former Baycol users claiming a federal judge violated the Anti-Injunction Act when he enjoined them from filing a product liability class action against Bayer Corp. over the cholesterol drug.
