Judge Hands Victory To Army In Orlando Airport Suit

Law360, New York (September 29, 2010, 6:10 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has tossed a breach-of-contract suit brought by a developer who claimed that the U.S. Army and Army Reserve bowed to political pressures to break a property transfer agreement.

Judge Bohdan A. Futey of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims dismissed the suit on Monday, saying that Peninsula Group Capital Corp.'s own documents established that a contract to transfer ownership of an Army Reserve aviation facility had not been finalized.
