Supreme Court Will Hear Drug Pricing Dispute

Law360, New York (September 28, 2010, 5:31 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court will hear a dispute over whether a class including California’s Santa Clara County and its federally funded clinics has standing to sue drug companies for alleged violations of federal contracts designed to deliver below-market value drugs to clinics that treat low-income patients and other vulnerable groups.
