Murphy Oil To Spend $145M Over Refineries' Pollution

Law360, New York (September 29, 2010, 2:27 PM ET) -- Murphy Oil USA Inc. has agreed to pay a $1.25 million civil penalty, $142 million to install new equipment at two refineries and $1.5 million on other environmental projects to resolve Clean Air Act violations at refineries in Louisiana and Wisconsin.
