Media Cos. Seek Voice In EA Athletes' Likeness Suit

Law360, New York (September 29, 2010, 2:52 PM EDT) -- About three dozen media companies, including newspapers, television networks and film studios, are asking a federal appeals court to allow them to weigh in on two lawsuits — one a putative class action — that accuse Electronic Arts Inc. of using athletes' likenesses in video games without their consent.
