Wilson Sonsini Reps Cornerstone In $115M IPO

Law360, New York (September 29, 2010, 3:39 PM EDT) -- The learning and management software company Cornerstone OnDemand Inc. has said it will raise up to $115 million in an initial public offering to be used for general corporate purposes.

Cornerstone said in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing Tuesday that it had not yet determined how many shares it would sell or at what price, but that the money raised could go to pay for sales and marketing, administrative matters and capital expenditures, among other business costs.
