Electric Co-Op Gets Claim Cut In Okla. Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (September 30, 2010, 5:02 PM EDT) -- Western Farmers Electric Cooperative has won its bid to toss a breach of fiduciary duty claim in a member rural electric co-op's suit accusing it of trying to monopolize the Oklahoma energy market and charge different prices to different member co-ops in violation of a supply agreement.
