Law360, New York (September 30, 2010, 1:33 PM EDT) -- The federal judge overseeing Avocent Redmond Corp.'s suit accusing the U.S. government of purchasing allegedly infringing keyboard-video-mouse switches from Rose Electronics Inc. has shot down defendant-intervenor Rose's bid to nix the plaintiff's patent infringement claims.
