Inc. vowed Thursday to fight a $4.6 million jury verdict against the drugmaker in a suit alleging that a defunct subsidiary of Schering-Plough Corp. — which is now owned by Merck — reported inflated prices for albuterol to the Massachusetts Medicaid program.
