Blakes Attracts New Competition Partner

Law360, New York (March 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A long-time competition attorney with particular experience in mergers and acquisitions is moving to Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, a large Canadian business law firm.

Carolyn Naiman will become a partner in the firm’s competition group, based in Toronto. She is currently a partner at Tory’s LLP, another Toronto firm, where she became an associate in 1995 and partner in 2001.
