Law360, New York (October 01, 2010, 3:19 PM ET) -- Livestock feed maker Bar ALE Inc. has launched a proposed class action accusing magnesium oxide purveyors of conspiring to fix prices and allocate customers among themselves in violation of the Sherman Act.
Bar ALE filed a complaint Wednesday in the the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York alleging that Premier Chemicals LLC, Sumitomo Corp. of America and YAS Inc. engaged in a conspiracy that drove up the price of magnesium oxide to consumers.
