Law360, New York (October 4, 2010, 3:12 PM EDT) -- The judge overseeing a $27 billion environmental contamination suit against Chevron Corp. in Ecuador has been replaced again, marking a victory for the energy giant, which had accused him of not taking up allegations of collusion between the plaintiffs' attorneys and a court-appointed damages expert.
