Stryker Says FDA Has Docs That Will Exonerate It

Law360, New York (October 5, 2010, 5:46 PM EDT) -- Documents held by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration will likely help clear Stryker Biotech LLC and several former and current employees of criminal charges that they fraudulently marketed unapproved bone growth products, their defense attorneys have said.

The defense made its prediction in a letter sent Monday to the U.S. attorney for the District of Massachusetts, asking him to send possibly exculpatory FDA documents that describe technical details on how the agency classified bone products.
