WellCare Whistleblower Wants AG Out Of $137M Deal

Law360, New York (October 5, 2010, 4:59 PM EDT) -- A whistleblower in the federal government's Medicaid fraud case against health insurer WellCare Health Plans Inc. has said Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum should be barred from any decisions related to a proposed $137.5 million settlement in the case.
