VIP Wireless Trims But Can't Nix OT Collective Suit

Law360, New York (October 06, 2010, 6:34 PM ET) -- A federal judge has brought VIP Wireless LLC 300 one step closer to ridding itself of a putative collective action over alleged overtime pay violations, ruling that because the company is a retail store it might be exempt from federal labor laws.
