Fairfield Sentry Moves To Merge Suits Seeking $3.6B

Law360, New York (October 6, 2010, 3:58 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt Fairfield Sentry Ltd., the largest feeder fund in Bernard L. Madoff's massive fraud, is looking to consolidate some 140 actions seeking $3.6 billion from banks, insurers and other financial firms that it says received payments from the convicted fraudster's investment firm.
