Customs Agrees To Nix Duties On Little Tikes Toys

Law360, New York (October 8, 2010, 2:13 PM EDT) -- Toy maker The Little Tikes Co. has resolved one of several suits against the U.S. government over the tariff classification of the company's imported inflatable children's toys.

Judge Delissa A. Ridgway of the U.S. Court of International Trade signed off Thursday on an agreed statement of facts between Little Tikes and the federal government.

Under the terms of the deal, U.S. Customs and Border Protection agreed to reliquidate certain entries of Little Tikes Jump N' Slide and 8X8 Bouncer toys free of duties.
