Judge Nixes Nagle's Bid To Exclude Wealth Evidence

Law360, New York (October 7, 2010, 4:51 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied a bid by Joseph Nagle to force prosecutors to exclude from trial evidence that the indicted government contractor says wrongly paints him as a wealthy CEO.

Judge Sylvia H. Rambo of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania said in a memorandum Wednesday that evidence of Nagle’s income and assets could be used at trial as part of the government’s efforts to establish a motive in the case.
