Fla. Superfund Site Neighbors Sue Koppers Over Toxins

Law360, New York (October 7, 2010, 2:29 PM EDT) -- A putative class of Florida homeowners is arguing that Beazer East Inc. and Koppers Inc. should be held responsible for toxic chemicals that migrated to adjoining properties from a wood treatment plant that is part of a Superfund site.
