New COFC Contract Filings Dip In Q3 2010

Law360, New York (October 12, 2010, 1:32 PM EDT) -- The number of new contract-related filings in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims fell slightly in the third quarter of 2010 from the year before, with standard Contract Disputes Act claims accounting for the steepest decline and the number of pre- and post-award bid protests remaining relatively steady.
