AIG Fights Class Cert. In $1B Workers' Comp Action

Law360, New York (October 11, 2010, 6:11 PM EDT) -- American International Group Inc. has asked a federal court not to certify a class of insurance companies in a $1 billion suit accusing AIG of systematically under-reporting its workers' compensation premiums in an effort to avoid taking on its fair share of high-risk employers.
