High Court Snubs Drug Cos.' Appeal Of HRT Cases

Law360, New York (October 12, 2010, 1:53 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear an appeal by two Pfizer Inc. units and other pharmaceutical companies, clearing the way for three product liability suits brought by more than 120 plaintiffs in state court alleging hormone replacement therapy drugs caused breast cancer.
